Terms of Service

Welcome to A1 Driving School NJ. By enrolling in our programs or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Students must possess a valid NJ Learner's Permit or Driver's License.
  • 16-year-old students must have successfully completed the written knowledge test and vision screening before starting behind-the-wheel training.
  • Students must be in proper physical and mental condition to operate a motor vehicle safely.
  • Proper footwear (closed-toe shoes) is required for all driving sessions.

Cancellation & Rescheduling

24-Hour Notice Required

Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled lesson. Failure to do so will result in a cancellation fee of $50 or forfeiture of the lesson hour.

Lesson Conduct

Safety is our absolute priority. Instructors reserve the right to terminate a lesson immediately if a student is under the influence of any substance, displays aggressive behavior, or repeatedly ignores safety instructions. In such cases, the lesson fee will not be refunded.

Liability

While our vehicles are equipped with dual-control brakes and fully insured, students are expected to follow all traffic laws. A1 Driving School NJ is not responsible for any traffic violations or tickets incurred during a lesson due to a student's negligence.
